Job Overview:

Flame Restaurant in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled and personable Barista with a strong passion for coffee and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be good-looking, energetic, and have experience in preparing high-quality beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks, teas, and smoothies.
• Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment and machinery.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace and seating area.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage stock and inventory for coffee supplies and ingredients.

Job Requirement

Requirements:
• Nationality: Nepali (preferred due to the cultural fit and workforce diversity).
• Appearance: Good looking and presentable.
 • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art is a plus.
 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
. • Basic proficiency in English or Arabic is an advantage.
